Linda believes that we are made stronger by working together and enjoys coming to work every day because she loves working with the individuals we serve, their families and our staff.

Linda became an Occupational Therapist in 1980 and began working as a consultant on a brain injury case in 1983.  She eventually began working at Tangram ad in the early 1990s became the Director of Professional Services supervising therapy and teaching services.  Linda enjoys working with clients and problem solving solutions that allow them to have greater independence.  She gets to know the individuals we serve and works hard to help them work toward a life of independence and fun.  Working alongside her family has made her life happy and fun-filled.

Noramia believes that growing up in the field of brain injury rehabilitation has made her who she is.. She believes that teaching appropriate relationships, respect and structure to staff and clients is integral to the success of any program.

Noramia started her career in brain injury at Tangram Rehabilitation in San Macros, Texas when she was 16 years old.  At the time it was a small business run by two families  that grew to an eight facility brain injury.  She graduated from college and became a Program Director of Tangram's Chaparral Program. In 2002, she moved to Louisiana and worked for Acadian Brain Injury Program and then Neurological Rehabilitation Centers in 2004.
